Everyone wants to know the answer to the question, “How to Get Ranked #1 in Google?”
If you have that knowledge your online business will thrive.
So we decided to interview successful SEO experts to share their wisdom about the topic.
Huge thanks to all the experts who took part in this roundup. I highly appreciate your answers!
Here are 3 most important things that were mentioned in almost every answer.
1.Provide high-quality content.
“You can’t write mediocre content and expect it to rank well.”
Google’s purpose is to show the best answer to the search query. Search what your competitors are providing and provide a little bit better answer than them.
Quality content is the base of the excellent rankings.
2.Use proper keywords.
One part of the high-quality content is great keywords.
Here are some criteria for the proper keywords mentioned by the experts:
In order to find the best keyword you need to have the proper keyword tools.
3.Promote your content -> Build links.
“The more people that link to your site, the more Google takes that as a sign of quality”
Here are some ways to get links to your site
NOTE: No one of the experts didn’t talk about buying links. Engage with the people naturally to get links back to your site.
Those were the things that I wanted to raise from the answers to give you the little summary.
I recommend reading through all the answers to get highly valuable insights on getting ranked #1 in Google.
Remember, all of these experts know what they are talking about because they achieved great online success already. So the question was,
Let the experts talk:
My 3 SEO tips coincide with Google’s 3 biggest ranking factors, funnily enough:
1. Content – This doesn’t just mean “write good content”. It means, make sure your content has good on-page SEO, and will also be able to contribute to the two other factors below. This could be because it is original, quality, or interesting.
2. Links – The more people that link to your site, the more Google takes that as a sign of quality. Of course, links need to be from trusted sources.
3. Engagement – If people aren’t engaging in your site, Google thinks of that as a red flag. Make sure you have good time on site, pages per visit, and where possible, a low bounce rate.
My top 3 things for getting ranked #1 in Google
1) Find a low competition keyword with few websites using that exact keyword on their website (low QSR)
2) Check out the search results on page one and make sure they are not competitive websites
3) Write a post over 1000 words using the keyword in the title, first paragraph, some headings, and ideally a related video as well as an image using the keyword as an alt tag
Bonus! Internally link back to the post using your keyword or LSI keywords as anchor text.
1st thing first – The success rate of your project depends on the keywords you’re focusing on. If you’re new to it, it’s always recommended starting from low competition keywords that got some good search volume.
2nd – Properly optimize the content with your main keyword, it’s variations, synonym, and long tails. Builds relevancy, and allows you to rank on more than just a keyword.
3rd – Don’t go crazy over a particular keyword.
Don’t fire hundreds of link with a single keyword. Diversifying anchor text profile is as important as diversifying your backlink profile.
Hit your homepage with branded and naked URLs i.e. (Your Brand, YourBrand, YourBrand.com, http://www.yourbrand.com, http://yourbrand.com…and so on) this builds up the authority of your homepage that gradually allows you to rank your inner page without much effort.
The top 3 ways to get ranked #1 in Google are as follows:
1. Understand your audience and its needs. If you do this one thing, you will naturally populate your pages with the words and word combinations that your audience will use when searching for your products. Sometimes those words will be about products and services, sometimes they will be about problems to solve and sometimes they will be more about a type of activity. The best keyword research is simply understanding your audience.
2. Do something outrageous. By “outrageous”, I mean something that gets you noticed. If you hire a troupe of students to paint murals over graffiti walls in your city, and alert the media and bloggers to bring their cameras, you’ll create buzz. That buzz will translate into articles and social mentions for your brand. There is no better link-building than earned links. I once had a credit card comparison client. I had them lobby the Canadian government to eliminate the penny (which it did). That got them some unexpected links.
3. Be everywhere. OK, maybe not quite. But get involved in as many forums and discussion groups (such as on FaceBook, Skype, LinkedIn and FaceBook) as you can find in your niche. It’s not by hiding under a rock that I got asked to participate in this roundup, for example.
To effectively rank #1 in Google, you should follow these three methods.
1 – Choose a niche market, niche down even further and then focus on creating great content and using long tail keywords. You can see a breakdown of how you should approach this process here.
2 – Once your site and content are in place, then it’s time for outreach. Contact other relevant sites within your niche and ask to guest blog on their sites. Another option is to do broken link research and ask sites to replace their broken link references with a working and valuable link on your site.
3 – Tracking the performance of your keywords and your competition is key. Know where you and your competitors are ranking and why. Use competitor tracking tools to see where they are building links and replicate the process.
Ultimately this is such a broad question that any answer can only be equally broad. There are so many moving parts and the approach for a local business trying to rank for a commercial term with local customers versus a business trying to rank a piece of content in first place around the world would be completely different. However, we can attempt to look at the core elements here and provide some general guidelines.
From a high level, there are really only two things that matter: content & links. So, let’s expand upon this some:
You must have the most relevant and ideally best answer to the customers question. You start here. With the quality. With the best answer. Google just wants to direct people towards the best answer to the question they pose so start by ensuring you have the best answer out there.
Then, you must consider an authority. As an example, I could create a piece of content around Local SEO and place it on our site www.bowlerhat.co.uk. Chances are though it would not rank first. We simply don’t have the authority that the big players in this industry have. The same piece of content (or one far weaker) could be placed on Search Engine Land or Moz and rank in the top 3 with relative ease. Ultimately, the ranking factor surveys that are done still see domain level and page level link metrics as the key ranking factors so it is important to consider where you will place the content for maximum exposure.
Sure, you could conduct a link building campaign around a given piece of content on a far weaker domain and would likely have some success. Certainly this is true as you dig deeper into a given subject but for big, broad and highly coveted terms you want to start with a solid foundation so a triple A site is a sensible starting point.
Beyond relevance and authority, there are then many other factors: trust, quality, credibility, technical optimization. The specifics vary by location, keyword, industry and too many other variables to mention. So the third key ingredient would be strategy.
Understand what you want to rank for and then determine the best strategy to do so. Get a solid understanding of what needs to be done to improve your position. Consider all the many variables, plan your attack and you won’t go far wrong.
Of course, this does not guarantee anything but it gives you a higher chance of ranking well.
2. Consistency is crucial.
Google loves fresh, unique, high-quality content. However they love the consistency just as much. You can’t post every single day for a week, then stop posting for a year, then start posting once a month. Create a posting schedule and stick to it.
When Google understands that you’re adding new content consistently they will start giving more importance to your content (even your old content will start ranking better). This alone might give you a few Featured snippet rankings (when you are ranked in a special box above all other results, as an expert).
No one canceled backlinks. Google is much smarter now and you can no longer just buy some low-quality backlinks and rank well (thankfully). However, just posting your content isn’t enough. You need to get this content in front of people.
Share your content on all of your social media accounts. Share it in relevant Facebook groups and Reddit (don’t spam though), reach out to influencers in your niche and tell them about it, etc. When people talk about your content, share it and interact with it – search engines notice all of it.
It takes me 1-3 days to create an amazing piece of content and it takes me another 3-4 days of promoting it. Do I end up ranking #1 every time? No. However, I do get in the top 5 very often.
There is no magic button to good rankings. It takes hard work and dedication.
1. Create keyword appropriate landing pages. Make sure you’re targeting the group of related phrases that answer the intent of the visitor. LSI keywords are essential and allow you to rank for a wider array of queries.
2. Create content that is better and provides more value than the other top ranking pages. The Internet is very saturated with competition and because of this you can’t halfheartedly create a landing page and expect it to rank well. It needs to provide value to the consumer.
3. Obtain backlinks from high domain authority and/or high domain rating websites. You can do this with real outreach, engagement, link bait and more. Combine your outreach efforts with social to maximize your social reach as well.
I don’t know how to get ranked #1 in Google. If I could pinpoint an exact process that gets you the #1 spot, I surely wouldn’t be giving it away for free! I can tell you that my focus on moving up in the rankings has always been a primary focus on writing quality content. I write content that I would want to read myself. Without proper, engaging content, a #1 position is worthless as there won’t be anyone sticking around to read it.
Building relationships with other players in your niche is the other key focus. Positive relationships lead to positive results. My biggest competitors in the search results are also some of my closest friends. Positive relationships lead to sharing of content on social platforms and high-quality, organic backlinks.
Getting ranked highly in Google takes patience and hard work. There are no shortcuts, but if you put in the effort you can make progress every time you post content on your blog.
Here are 3 things I have done to make my websites rank higher in the search engines.
1) Do audio interviews of influencers and post the transcripts
Text transcripts of interviews you do with leaders in your topic focus are a terrific way to get keyword-rich content on your site. Most bloggers have a difficult time creating long-form blog posts that have the right percentage of keywords that will be indexed highly by Google. The beauty of transcripts of an audio conversation is that they will naturally have a lot of the keywords you want to rank for and you don’t have to manually insert them into blog posts in a way that might seem forced.
You can find people to transcribe your audio on Fiverr (make sure they are native speakers of the language your audio is in) or a service like CastingWords.com. Then use a service like SoundCloud.com to embed the audio and post the full transcript below. The transcript is what works so you can even consider not posting the audio at all and use just the transcript. I have used transcripts to create keyword-rich blog posts for many years and it’s a fast way to get a site ranked higher in Google.
2) Choose a hyper-focused topic
If you want to get ranked #1 for the keyword “internet marketing” in Google, you better have a few years and a few million dollars to start! With so many people chasing that keyword, it is nearly impossible to rank well.
BUT, you can rank high if your topic is, for example, “internet marketing for pet shop owners.” My advice to bloggers these days is to take the topic you want to focus on and slice it in half. Then slice it in half again. Drilling down to the most focused topic possible will ensure the competition for that subject won’t overwhelm your efforts to rank highly and compete with the rest of the world.
Most bloggers make the mistake of thinking that their topic is too narrow when in fact they are way to wide. Hyper focus on the smallest niche possible – that is the key to ranking #1 on that topic
3) Focus on quality, not quantity
This one is a “back to basics” idea, but posting at least once per week is important to rank well in the search engines. But more importantly, it is the quality of those posts that matter – not the number. If you only have time to do one great post per month, then do that. If you can break that longer post into two posts, even better.
But the focus should always be on longer-form quality posts that cover one topic from start to finish. Those type of “how to” posts will always be ranked higher than short snippets in Google.
Having great, in-depth content is the foundation of getting great rankings in Google. It’s no secret that Google favors lengthier content. But, you shouldn’t fluff your content in order to reach a certain word count. Instead, you should aim to answer all questions a reader might have while reading your content. This makes it easy to create longer content.
Once your content is created, it’s not the time to move onto the next blog post.
Instead, you need to spend time promoting it to get links. Not only should you continuously promote it on your social media accounts, but you should look for websites to link to your content. These sites can be resource pages, broken links being replaced with your link, or websites that have linked to similar content to yours (but get them to replace it with your link since your content is better).
The last item is to be sure you have a mobile-friendly site. With more and more users searching on mobile and Google even favoring mobile friendly sites in mobile searches, having a mobile-friendly site can help a site rank better.
As with most things SEO, the answer is “it depends”. Are you global or local?
Then the first tool I would use is common sense… it’s rarely used anymore.
For all around, I’d say relevance, links and keywords. For local, I’d add in local citations as a really big deal.
Relevance: Is your content concise? Are you on target with your message? Do you provide what you promise? Does your site structure provide ease of access to the content for both visitors and search engines?
Links (via relationship building): Back links are still a big deal, but how you do them has changed and will continue to change. For me and my clients, I’ve found that creating relationships through social networks, commenting on blog posts I’ve enjoyed reading, and meeting people at conferences, etc, bring the best and most rewarding links.
Keyword research: Choosing the right terms to target is still high on my priority list, whether you pick them thematically or based on the numbers alone. You have to know what your target market is searching for in order to respond to that search. It doesn’t do you near as much good to be writing about how nifty your “pattern” is if you don’t specify what type of pattern it is for your visitors. Keyword research – and optimization in general – helps you keep your marketing on target.
The 3 key factors to really get ahead in the SERPs:
1. The quality of links pointing to the page and/or high Domain Authority (DA). Having both can extremely separate you from your competitors.
2. If the page’s content can genuinely satisfy the intent of the searcher. Aside from having a well-designed and fast-loading page, as well as a content that’s comprehensive, useful and offers unique value, it’s also crucial to ensure that the content itself matches the query it’s aiming to rank for.
3. Branding. Build a strong positive reputation for the website in its space and invest on having a few set of other high-value content assets that can collectively solidify the site/brand’s expertise. These all can help strengthen the site’s overall search visibility.
1. Get on the phone, call the people who run the sites you would love a link from.
2. Send 5x more emails than you think you need to get potential sources for guest posts or roundups to actually get some traction.
3. Ask your friends, acquiantances, people at meetups about their sites, find out ways to make a link to your site relevant.
Step 1: Find your keyword
Your first step should be to use Google Keyword Planner to find the best keyword to target based on search volume and competition.
Step 2: Check competing articles for that keyword
Then you can use BuzzSumo to find the most popular blog posts based on that keyword. It´s important that you notice the headlines, social shares. Pick the top 10 blog posts and study them extensively.
When I say extensively, well, then I mean extensively. Why? Because you want to find out why these posts went viral. Note down what makes the top 10 articles stand out, and then find out HOW you can make your article better.
Tool 3: Identify the top 10 articles on Google
Now it´s time for you to Google your keyword and study the headlines and content of the top 10 articles.
Note that BuzzSumo´s most popular articles don´t necessarily rank on the first page of Google. You probably know that backlinks, social shares, etc. will help your article rank higher on Google.
But there is one more very important factor…
…and that is the click-through rate (CTR). Basically, that is Google´s way of finding out how popular your article really is, and the more people who click on your article, guess what happens?
You should study the headlines and the description of the SEO text on the top 10 articles on Google. That information will be the make it for break it whether people will click on your article or not through Google.
An example of this is the first roundup post I created, 80 Productivity Tips From Incredibly Busy Experts, that generated:
– 20,231 page views in 6 days
– 1600+ social shares
By using this technique, I have now several blogs post on the first page of Google.
And you can too!
However, knowledge is totally useless, if you don´t apply it. Go and take action now.”
1. Match the keyword intent. What is the searcher trying to accomplish? If you give them exactly what they’re looking for, your engagement metrics will be great. Engagement is already a ranking factor and it will only become more important in the future.
2. Create high-quality content. You don’t need an aged domain with high domain authority to rank anymore. It’s easy to stand out with exceptional content. Don’t just match the keyword intent. Go above and beyond with the content you provide and you’ll be rewarded with links and engagement.
3. Promote your content. It’s not enough to just publish something great. If you want to attract those links and traffic, spread the word any way you can. If you’ve truly created something great, people want to hear about it. It’s only spam if you’re peddling useless garbage.
My 3 best tips to boost ranking in Google are;
There’s no magic route to get to the golden No. 1 spot in Google. It takes a lot of time, strategy, trial and error. With that said, consider the following.
1. Useful content. The old adage “content is king” is always relevant. People love useful resources and will naturally share quality content. User engagement acts as a signal that tells Google what searchers are looking for, so it’s important to make your content as valuable as possible.
2. Optimize your assets. Make sure you have your basics covered; find your target keywords and optimize all of your assets.
3. Become friends with Google. Although Google doesn’t give you a road map for ranking, they do have general guidelines and practices that make it easier to crawl and index your site. Find out all of the ways you can make your site Google-friendly, and you’ll be on your way.”
Links and Content.

Welcome To My HireWriters review!
Have you been thinking about outsourcing some your content? Do you want to get better Google rankings faster? Don’t have enough time to write articles? Or would you like earn money as a freelance writer? Choose your own hours and decide what you will be writing about? Want to earn for every article you write?
If you answered, yes to any of those questions, then HireWriters could be an interesting choice for you. Let’s take a closer look!
Summary: HireWriters is my #1 recommendation for outsourcing content writing. I have bought tens of projects on their website and their price/quality is the best in the industry. On other similar websites I have needed to pay 3-5 times more for the same quality.
Is HireWriters Recommended? Yes. New clients on HireWriters get also an additional 25% bonus. For example, if you buy for $100, you get $25 for free.
Note: If you happen to be a beginner and you are still just starting out your online business, I recommend taking a look at this step-by-step training first.
Now in February 2019 I have just created an updated HireWriters review 2019 to my YouTube channel.
In the video, I'll show you how I bought a $14-article that has made me already +$877 revenue and it keeps on producing me passive income.
Watch the video until the end to see also other examples where I show how $8-10 articles made me +$300 in revenue.
Of course, not all articles will make such a Huge return on investment but I think those examples really illustrate the big potential of HireWriters.
Recently, I created an updated HireWriters review where I show how I earned +$350 for an article that I bought for just $8,25 on HireWriters. I also walk you through the process of getting started, depositing money and ordering content.
I am sure that you will find the video extremely helpful and valuable. If you have any questions, you can always ask me in the comments below and I will be more than happy to help you out.
HireWriters is a website where you can hire quality writers to write articles and other content for your website. You can buy a short article even for $1,85. If you want to hire a more experienced writer, you can, of course, spend more money and buy an article for $50.
In HireWriters you can choose
In HireWriters you get what you are paying for. If you are not satisfied with an article, you can ask for revision and even fire a writer.
If you want to earn extra money by writing articles, you can also sign up as a writer. Then you will get orders from clients and they will pay you.
I have now bought +50 projects on HireWriters as you can see in my video above. I have been very satisfied with the results that their articles have given me. Returns on investments have been awesome.
HireWriters is very good for website owners who want to keep producing fresh and high-quality content on their website but they don’t have enough time to write everything themselves. If you want to improve, for example, your Google rankings, new content from HireWriters could be a good idea.
You can sign up as a client and/or as a writer. HireWrirets could be good for both.
When you go to HireWriters.com, click “Register Now” and then “I am a Writer”. You don’t need to be a professional writer in order to sign up but you need to be a native English speaker.
Once you have created out your account and filled up all relevant information, you can start working as a freelance writer. You can see what kind of open orders there are available and choose one.
You can also describe what kind of articles you would like to write and clients can contact you. But I recommend taking a few open orders first so you get a few positive reviews. Then it can be easier to get new orders.
However, I don't recommend becoming a writer because you could earn way more (+$10,000/month potential) just by following this step-by-step training.
This depends on your rating and experience in HireWriters. The better rating and the more experienced you are, the more you will earn.
Here is a little example from their website:
If you are just starting out and are a “Beginner”, if you write a 300-500 word article (very short) you could earn $2.25. If you were an expert writer, you could earn $10.66. If you are a talented writer, you could possibly write more than 20 of these per day or more.
If you would write 20 articles per day for $10,66, it makes +$200/day which is quite a good income. But in order to write so many articles per day, you need to be a really fast and a skillful writer. So I would say that only very few would be able to earn +$200/day on HireWriters.
But if you would be living in a cheap country, for example in Asia, you can do a living as a freelance writer because living costs are not so high. If you are interested in making bigger income online, I recommend you to take look at Wealthy Affiliate.
There you will learn how you can create your own online business without former experience. One day you can hire writers for you like I am doing to generate income online.
The price of an article depends mainly on two factors: 1.How long is your article and 2.What is your writer’s level on HireWriters?
The cheapest articles on HireWriters cost around $1,50 and the most expensive articles are $60. $1,50 article means 150-300 words written by any writer and $60-article is 2001-3000 words written by an expert writer who has a rating at least 4,6 out of 5. He must have completed at least 12 writing jobs but most of them have completed already tens or even hundreds of articles on HireWriters.
In the table below you can see how much articles will cost.
When you buy an article from a beginner writer, you may get high-quality content for a very cheap price. Imagine that some skillful writer is starting out on HireWriters and he needs to accomplish writing jobs before getting ratings on his profile. He needs to accomplish first jobs on Beginner rate so you don’t need to pay so much.
I have sometimes ordered articles from beginners and afterward, I have seen that they are getting 5/5 stars from every writing job that they accomplish. If you compare prices to Fiverr, they are more or less the same. On Fiverr you can get 1,000-word articles for $5 as well but the quality varies a lot. My tip is to find a great writer and order many article from him. You save time, money and energy.
I created a Youtube video where I walk through the process of ordering an article in HireWriters. It only takes 2-3 minutes to submit your order. You will also have a look in the client’s area on HireWriters and see how many texts I have already ordered.
If you have any questions regarding to video or ordering content on HireWriters, don’t hesitate to leave a comment below and I will be more than happy to help you out.
These are things that I have found helpful when buying content from HireWriters. I believe that they could be useful for you.
1.What kind of article do you want? Don’t only write something general like, “I want that you write an article about losing weight.” If you don’t have described clearly, then you don’t know exactly what you will get.
Better instructions would be: “Write an article on how to lose weight in 90 days by exercising 3 times a week in the gym.” And, of course, the more you describe, the more accurate content you will get. By describing your goal clearly, you don’t get any unpleasant surprises.
2.What is a goal of your article? Do you want to promote some product? Or do you want just provide information on a specific subject? Do you want to get some specific action from your readers after reading your article? Define these goals clearly and tell them to your writer. It helps his job and a result will be better for you too.
3.Be ready to ask for a revision. If you gave clear instructions and goals for your writer and he didn’t follow them, you can for sure ask him to rewrite some parts of the article. Most of the time you don’t need to do this when you are following my tips 1 and 2 but sometimes it can be necessary.
If you asked an article on how to make money online with affiliate marketing and he writes how to make money online as a freelance writer, you can for a review. But in my experience, you don’t usually need to ask for a revision in HireWriters because the quality is very good anyway.
Definitely! I have bought articles from HireWriters and I have been very satisfied. Sometimes the content that I had bought got ranked on Google even better than the content that I wrote myself!
That will not, of course, always happen and Google ranking depends on many different factors.
The best thing is that you can clearly decide what you want. You only pay for the content that you want. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a revision or change a writer.
Let’s say that you use $100 for articles. Then those articles bring you lots of new traffic. Let’s say 500 new visitors per month. If 1% of your visitors will end up buying a product, it means that you are getting 5 new clients every month. 60 new clients in a year!
When I made my first deposit to HireWriters, I got 25% bonus. I added money for $100 and I got $25 for free. The same bonus is now available for you too.
In this Crowd Content review I am going to share you my experiences with their services.
My goal is to answer all your questions about Crowd Content, “How much do the articles cost? How much money can you earn as a writer? Are their articles worth? How does Crowd Content work?” and so on. If you have any more questions after reading this article, just leave a question below and I’ll be more than happy to reply you personally.
Before we dive into the text, I would like to show you the video review that I recorded about Crowd Content. I know that many people are visual and prefer watching and listening instead of reading. That’s why I think the video will be helpful for many of you. Also, it helps you to understand how their website works. I show how I order the article on Crowd Content.
Name: Crowd Content (CC)
Field: Content Outsourcing / Freelance Writing Marketplace
Short Review: Crowd Content is a reliable and a high-quality content creation service. My experience with Crowd Content has been positive and the articles that I ordered are driving tons of traffic to my website. The drawback of CC is that their articles are more expensive than on some other marketplaces like on HireWriters or iWriter.
My recommendation is that you try all of these marketplaces yourself and make a decision based on your own experiences and needs. If you want to know how to get from freelance writer to an online business owner, learn more on Wealthy Affiliate.
Crowd Content is a content creation service that provides articles for people who need them (like blog/website owners, small business owners, etc.) and an opportunity to earn money for freelance writers.
They provide several different content creation services like:
I heard about the Crowd Content first time from the Wealthy Affiliate live coach Jay Neill. So, the company has a pretty good reputation and they are a reliable player in the marketplace. The requirement for writers is that they are native speakers.
I already showed the process in the video above so you can check it out if you didn’t. Crowd Content works similarly to any other freelance writer marketplace. This picture is from iWriter but CC works in the same way.
So you create an account. Define what kind of article you want. Review the article. And rinse and repeat. For more detailed instructions I advise you to watch the video in the beginning of this post so you’ll see how the process works in practice.
The more articles you have on your website, the more traffic you can potentially get because you are then ranking under many terms in Google. People will end up to your website by searching many different things. Your articles will also be shared more which adds visitors even more. And as we know, more visitors = more revenue in the long run.
If you want to hear more benefits about outsourcing your content, take a look at this article.
The price of the content is a little bit different for normal website content and Facebook posts/tweets (see the image below).
The picture below shows prices for normal content from their marketplace:
Crowd Content has a top-notch support. They have:
Overall, the company pays high attention and that their clients are satisfied with the service.
All of these four websites are similar platforms. They sell articles for business owners while freelancers can make money by writing those articles.
Which one of them is the best? Where should you buy articles if you need content to your websites? Let me make a few quick comparisons to make your decisions easier.
Crowd Content and Textbroker are more expensive ones but they also have a reputation as more high-quality services than iWriter or HireWriters. However, my review of Textbroker reveals that I spent $90 on their articles that drive almost 0 traffic to my website. Therefore, I am probably not going to use their services in the future.
iWriter has probably the worst reputation of these four but based on my experience their service is much better than their reputation. I have bought articles for a cheap price that are driving a big amount of traffic to my websites.
If I could recommend only one of these services, it would be HireWriters. Their price/quality ratio is great and all of their writers are English native speakers.
Still, Crowd Content is also delivering great content. My advice is that you try all of them (except Textbroker) and stick with the one that suits the best for you.
On Crowd Content (and also in other similar freelance writing sites) you will get paid based on your star rating. The better star rating you have, the more you will get paid. The payout goes like this:
The second rate is so-called “bonus rate” that you can earn if you deliver a quick turnaround time. Some businesses need articles quickly and they are willing to pay more for that.
So, let’s take an example that you are a 2-star writer and write a 500-word article. You earn 2,0 cents * 500 = $10. If your rating would be 3 stars, you would earn $22 for the same article. As a 4-star writer you would earn $33 for the article. This example shows how important your star rating really is. The same amount of words but your earnings are 3,3 times bigger if you just deliver high-quality content.
Your star rating is based on the last 5 reviews from your clients. Crowd Content doesn’t give you the rating but the client that has ordered an article from you.
The client has 72 hours time to accept the article (or ask for refinement). If he doesn’t react during that time, the article gets auto-accepted and you get the money.
You’ll get paid every second Friday of each month. You need to have at least $10 in your account to cash out. If you have, for example, $9,7 the money will roll out to the next payment until you have reached the $10 payment limit.
Crowd Content is a legitimate company and a service. So far I haven’t heard anything negative about their website or services.
Of course, the high price is a drawback compared to some cheaper marketplaces. I have bought the most of my articles from HireWriters because their price/quality ratio has been the best. I can get articles for $8-10 that drive me lots of traffic from Google. On Crowd Content I need to pay usually almost $30 per article.
If you are a freelance writer I highly recommend that you consider also “coming to the other side of the table”. As a writer your earnings are always limited to the hours that you spend but as a business owner your income potential is unlimited. You can scale it to huge limits.
Wealthy Affiliate provides a step-by-step training that teaches how you can learn to make money online with a blog/website. I can honestly say that their training literally changed my life. Before that I didn’t realize how I could make money with my own blog but it completely opened my eyes.
What is your favorite marketplace for making money as a freelance writer or outsourcing your own content creation?
Do you prefer building your own online business or work as a freelancer?
Outsourcing your content writing can give an ultimate turbo boost to your online business. You can keep on building your content while you are doing other things to build the business or alternatively you can lay down on the beach while somebody else is working for you. Today I am going to show how to outsource content writing, I will give you 4 options and you can choose which one to take.
UPDATE: I also created a YouTube-video where I walk you through 3 options for outsourcing your content writing.
But first, we will start by going through some real benefits of outsourcing content creation.
When you are blogging or building a website, content writing takes the most of your time. You can create quite a good website quite quickly but in order to get the traffic, you need content.
You can do
* Social Media Marketing
* Keyword Research
* Optimizing Your Pages for Maximizing Conversions
* Creating PPC-Campaigns
* Building Your Email List
* Creating Products
* Making Youtube Videos
There are tons of things that you can do to make your online business bigger and better. Content writing is one of the most important things for bloggers but definitely not the only one if you want to create a very successful online business.
Let’s say that you earn approximately $0,25 per visitor and buying an article from HireWriters costs $8. You only need to get 32 visitors to that article to make it even. And if you get 320 visitors, you have already made 10x more money than you have invested.
Then multiply this with 100 articles and you have earned quite good money. This wouldn’t have been possible if you would be writing all your articles by yourself.
Let’s say that you have 20 hours a week time to work on your online business. If you are writing 15 hours of that time, there are only 5 hours left for the other things. What if you outsource a few articles and you have some hours more?
By outsourcing some of your tasks, you can speed up the process, get faster and bigger results. What do you think if Bill Gates or another business owner would never outsource anything? They wouldn’t accomplish very much. The same applies to you. If you try to do everything by yourself, you’ll not move forward so quickly.
By hiring other people to work for the same purpose, you are speeding up the process significantly. Your online business doesn’t need to be a one-man show.
When you are writing all articles yourself, you are learning a lot about the subjects you write. But when you outsource content, you are also learning valuable skills. You learn how to lead other people. You learn how to give clear instructions, manage people and probably many other skills.
One of the most important things is that when you are outsourcing content writing, you are adopting a mindset of a business owner. If you live the whole life with “Do-it-yourself” -mentality, you will never learn to create a big business neither learn to lead other people enough.
When you give tasks to others, you need to learn to trust them and their work. When you become a better leader, your employees will also provide better results.
When other people are writing to your blog, it can significantly enrich the content. You have your unique style and your writers have their own style. Maybe some of your readers prefer your freelancers writing styles. Of course, there is a risk that not all your readers fall in love with their texts but if you want to become a very successful online entrepreneur and build big online businesses, you just can’t write everything by yourself. Outsourcing is a leverage that can turbo-boost your business totally to the next level.
Fiverr is one of the most famous online marketplaces. You can find writers and other freelancers even fro $5 / project. That is a ridiculously cheap price for a blog post. Of course, there are no 100% guarantees that it will be the highest quality in the world but my experience had been quite good so far. I have had to reject a text only once when I have bought $5 articles on Fiverr.
You can order an article from any freelancer that you want. They have written descriptions about their services so you can easily know what you should wait for them.
Here is an example:
You can see in the picture that this user is providing articles of 1000 words for 4,73€ (=$5). I actually bought one review from her and the result was quite good if we think that it was so ultimately cheap.
HireWriters is a marketplace dedicated only for freelance writers and their clients (=you). You can buy articles starting from around $2 per text. Then the most expensive articles cost even $60 if you buy a very experienced and a high-rated writer. You can choose an article that cost everything in between, for example, $8, $22 or $30.
By registering through my links, you will get a 25% when making your first deposit. When I made my first deposit to HireWriters, I put there $100 and got $25 for free. It means that if I am buying, for example, articles that are 1,000 words longs, I can get 3 of them for free. Then all those three articles can bring more traffic to my website through Google, other search engines and from social medias.
You can order an article very easily from HireWriters. Just click “Order an article”. Then you will:
After doing this, just wait and somebody will write you an article that you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a revision and a writer will make it better. If you are still not satisfied, you can fire a writer and give a task for the other one for free.
The better instructions you give, the more likely writers are going to deliver what you wanted. I have needed to ask for a revision only once in HireWriters.
Upwork is the biggest marketplaces on the Internet with a huge one billion turnover every year. You can buy writers with an hourly salary starting from $2-3/hour or by agreeing on a price for a project with them.
If you want to know more about Upwork and how it works, have a look at my full article about their services.
I think that it could be useful especially if you would like to outsource content writing for the same writer for a longer time. But of course for another kind of services. It’s the biggest marketplace so you can naturally find anything you can imagine.
Wealthy Affiliate is an online business community with probably the best training and tools in the world. They offer their premium everything from domain hosting to a powerful community and full support.
You can also find writers for your websites from Wealthy Affiliate. One very successful community member Eddy Salomon found a writer in WA with this post. So if you are looking for writers, you can make a post on WA like Eddy.
Outsourcing content writing is ultimately beneficial for your online business because it gives you:
1.More Time for Other Tasks
4.Leadership and Other Useful Skills
5.More Rich Content to Your Website
The best and the most reliable marketplaces to find content writers are
NOTE! Even though content writing is easy and can be ultimately profitable, be careful to choose only good writers. Don’t accept low-quality articles that would only make harm for your site. Be also careful that a writer is not copying his text from another source.
Have you outsourced some of the content writing on your website? Where did you buy writers? Did you find it profitable?
“You can take your financial future into your own hands! Just get this system and you will be a millionaire in three short months!” That is what they are promising you in this system. Is Financial Independence Academy a Scam or a path to a freedom? Read this review to find out!
Name: Financial Independence Academy
Price: Starting from $97
Field: “Make Money Online” -Programs
Overall Rank: 0 out of 100
Financial Independence Academy is about big promises. Become rich quick without any effort. www.FinancialIndependenceAcademy.com, .net or .org are very similar pages probably made by the same guy. In all of those pages are huge promises of big money fast.
There are links that lead you to see a marketing video by Walter Green where he explains so-called “The Free Money System”.
The Free Money System is a binary trading program where a “fake team” is going to do money for you. All you need to do is to buy this system and wait for the money. In a few days you will be earning hundreds of euros per day… Give me a break!
Did you know that there are even much more websites on the Internet that are all linking you to this marketing video by Walter Green?
Copy My Commissions leads you to the exactly same page where Walter promises to make you a millionaire in three months. Ah, I mean in “Three SHORT months” like Walter says it.
Actually, there is not even such a thing that Financial Independence Academy on this website. It is only a website that leads you to another program that is The Free Money System. The only teaching of Financial Independence Academy is the following:
“Click this link to become financially independent quickly!” That’s all that they teach. Click. A. Link. What about hard work? What about learning? What about skills? Probably the founder of that website is thinking, “Naah, learning, real value or skills is overrated if you want to become a millionaire. Just push a button and it will happen automatically.” Or then a more probable thing is that the founder of this page is just a typical scam artist that is trying to milk money out of people.
It’s interesting that Walter says that there are only 7 places available in his “millionaire team”. And you can become one of those 7. Well, the same number 7 has been there already for a long time. It’s another marketing trick that tries to make you hurry. By the way, did you know that many marketers are using the number 7 to make people buy more?
There is nothing wrong with using that “magical number” 7 but it’s really disgusting that Walter Green is lying in front of our faces. How does he dare?
They have 5 different programs that you can choose from. The cheapest one costs $97 and the most expensive one about $10,000. Why there are 5 programs? Well, if the most expensive one is $10,000, then a program which costs “only” $97 seems very cheap. But if you would compare free lessons to a $97 program, then it’s not so appealing anymore. So, having 5 programs is a marketing trick.
I didn’t put my money into their program because it would just be a total waste of my money. And neither I don’t recommend buying this program for you. I really want that you stay far away from online scams. Save your money for something more useful. Get a real online business training or go to a dinner with your friends ;).
Sometimes it’s even hard to understand why some people buy these scam programs. But somehow I understand them. Probably they are having difficult times in their life and they want a quick relief. Or they wouldn’t like to work but become rich quickly. That’s utopia and a total fantasy. Not a real life.
But scam artists know how to make a fantasy sound real.
Another reason is Walter Green’s strong claim, “Become a millionaire in three short months! Guaranteed.” Even though one knows that probably it’s not true there is a little curiosity inside, “What if it would really work? What if this would be the secret system that really works?” But it will not work. That’s a cold fact.
Yes, Financial Independence Academy is a scam and, in my opinion, it should be deleted. It’s a hard-blooded scam that uses same tricks like most typical scams. “Get-rich-quick without doing anything. Live the rest of your life anywhere you want doing anywhere you want.” And so on.
Even though there are many scams online, there also honest programs out there. I have reviewed tens of “Make Money Online” -programs and I have seen several good ones. Great programs teach you real skills instead of promising riches by pushing a button.
My #1 recommendation is Wealthy Affiliate because they have a wonderful step-by-step training, encouraging community and great tools to build an online business.
If you want to make money online honestly I recommend taking a look at Wealthy Affiliate already today.

If you want to be a successful affiliate marketer, you need to learn to write reviews that convert. Some experienced have written hundreds or even thousands of product reviews during their affiliate marketing career. Have they bought and tested all of those products personally. Of course not!
You don’t need to buy all those products and have your home full of stuff that you have reviewed. Today I am going to share you How to Write a Great Product Review Without Buying a Product?
“A widely accepted misconception is that you cannot review something honestly if you don’t own it.” –Nathaniell Brenes (A very successful full-time Internet marketer)
Let’s face the reality. Everybody needs to start somewhere. Even guys who are making +$10,000/month online started as newbies one day. They started learning and nowadays they are experts. First of all, don’t worry that you are a newbie. If you start today and keep on learning, someday you will be an expert. I know this from my own experience.
Now listen carefully, you can use your inexperience as an advantage. You can easily relate to your readers who don’t have any experience either. You can write from their perspective and easily answer their questions.
Another thing that I have noticed that many times you don’t even realize how much you know about a subject because you live with yourself every day. Your skills and knowledge seem like normal to you. After talking with a person who really doesn’t know anything about that subject, makes you realize how much you really know.
I can give you an example of my personal life. I thought that where I am an expert. Definitely in playing chess because I am one of the bests in my country. But what other things. Then I realized that I am an expert of languages because I speak 4-6 languages (depends on how you define fluency).
Before I didn’t realize because it was just a normal thing for me. I was living with that fact every day. But I started thinking, how many of my friends speak 4-6 languages. Only very few. I realized that I have a really good knowledge and many people could benefit hearing it. So I decided to create LanguagesAreEasy.com to help people learn languages faster and while having fun.
Sometimes even knowing a little bit of your subject, makes you better than 90% of the population in the world who have 0 knowledge about that subject. So never underestimate your skills and think how much you already know compared to people who don’t know anything.
Let’s say that you are reviewing smartphones. Even though I know more about technology than an average person on the planet, my knowledge about smartphones’ differences is very small. Only by reading a short article about a new iPhone, you already know more than me. Then you could tell me the information and it could help me. If you read 5 articles about that iPhone and combine that information into one article, you have already much better knowledge than many other people.
In your review, you can share other people’s experience and tell how they have enjoyed using iPhone. If somebody didn’t like it because of reason X it’s possible that I don’t like if for the same reason. You can also throw questions to your readers so that they can share their own experiences. Then you get engagement to your website which boosts Google rankings and gives you a better knowledge about the product.
It’s naturally much easier to write a review if you already know a lot about your niche or field. For me, it would not be so hard to write reviews about chess books without using hours on them. The writer of the book defines hugely the quality of the book. Then I could share my own opinion’s about book’s subject and give valuable tips that are not even presented in a book.
Being an expert can be a big advantage because it creates authority. For example mentioning, “When being 5 years in the industry I can say that this product seems…” Your 5 years are a huge sign of credibility in reader’s eyes who doesn’t have so much experience.
Let’s say that you are still writing that smartphone review of an iPhone that you don’t own. One thing you can do is to present the facts. You can collect for example following information about that iPhone and make a comparison with another smartphone like Samsung:
Only by collecting this information and sharing it on your review, you can make a huge favor for your reader. If you collect information from 10 different sources, you can save hundreds of people’s time who visit your website and don’t need to collect all this information themselves.
I give you three quick reasons why to write reviews.
1.88% Of Consumers Trust Online Reviews As Much As Personal Recommendations. When your friend recommends you a product does it raise the probability that you would buy the same product too? Yes, it does and online reviews seem to have the same effect according to studies. (Source: SearchEngineLand.com)
2.Bad reviews can improve conversions by 67%. When you are writing reviews, don’t write only about positive products. The study showed that people become suspicious if all reviews in a site are positive. But when you are providing both positive and negative reviews it shows that you care about a reader. It also makes good products stand out better when you compare them to their worse counterparts. (Source: eConsultancy.com)
3.According to one study writing reviews will boost your sales by 18%. (Source: eConsultancy.com)
All in all, writing reviews will bring more money to your pocket.
Writing reviews can be a very profitable business. It goes like this:
1.People search for reviews on search engines
2.They end up to your website
3.They read a review and click a link
4.They buy a product and you earn a commission up to 75%
People are making millions of money every year by doing this and affiliate marketing business is growing every year worldwide. Want to have your share of the cake?

PS.The best reviews are still usually made of products that you own and have used yourself. So when you are making money with your reviews, you can invest a small part of it into new products that you buy, test and write a review. When you keep on writing new reviews your income will grow like a snowball.
What kind of reviews do you like?
What are your tips for writing reviews without buying a product?
Every successful blogger should be constantly thinking “How to Drive Traffic to My Blog?”
More traffic means more engagement, better rankings and eventually more revenue. It’s much easier to make money when there are 100,000 visitors/month instead of 1,000 visitors/month.
Today I am shortly going to show how you can instantly drive lots of visitors to your website. Many of those visitors may become your subscribers and some of them may even buy some of your products.
By trying this trick the traffic is almost 100% guaranteed. I have tried it once and it’s the most read article on YourOnlineRevenue.com. The average time of that article is about 5 minutes. That’s a high average time! It means if someone has instantly gone away from the page, the other one has been on that page for 10 minutes.
The trick is called…
If you haven’t heard it before, I will explain briefly what do they mean.
Expert roundup is a post where you ask the same question(s) from many experts on a certain field. Then they give their answer and you collect all the answers, build one post which shows and summarizes all the answers.
For example, YourOnlineRevenue.com is all about internet marketing and making money online. One of the most important things in my field is to get ranked in Google in order to get organic traffic. That’s why I asked the experts, “How to Get Ranked #1 in Google?” (Read what 17 experts answered!)
I will give you examples further how to decide your roundup question and subject. But what are the benefits of the expert roundups?
Today in 2016 we have better ways to get in touch with any person in the world than ever in the human history. You have social medias, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, email and so on.
If you don’t know who are the experts, just make a few searches in Google and you will very quickly find people’s websites, contact forms and social media accounts. When you find one expert, you will soon find another one.
Then just send them your question. It’s just simple as that. You will be surprised how glad experts are to answer your question even though many of them are busy.
Remember these three things when contacting experts.
2.Keep your answers short enough.
3.Send a follow-up email if the expert doesn’t answer for the first one.
If you need more help on how to contact the experts, don’t hesitate to leave a question below in the comments.
Maybe you are wondering how people will notice your expert roundup. Let me give an example from my own experience.
One of the participants in my roundup was Chris Dreyer who has almost 100k followers on Twitter. After publishing my roundup, he shared the post on Twitter for his 100k followers. Then tens of his followers retweeted it and many of them clicked the link to see the post.
Many of the experts shared my roundup in Google+, Twitter and Facebook. They have tens thousands of followers who then shared it further and also clicked the link to read my post.
Experts want to share the article for many reasons
I think you are beginning to understand how many people will eventually see the roundup posts. 🙂
When I made my first roundup on YourOnlineRevenue I got an answer from 17 experts. Next time I am planning to gather more (50 or even 100) experts to get even more shares on social media and to drive even more traffic to my website.
Think how much traffic would even shares of 50 or 100 experts would give! We are talking about thousands or tens of thousands of visitors to one article.
The interview question must be very relevant and important to your website’s subject. If your website is about gym training, don’t ask about the best tennis rackets. Instead, you could ask for example, “What are your 3 favorite exercises in the gym?”
When the experts give their answers is easy to list their answer into a summary. For example in the following way:
Results from 20 experts. Favorite exercise in the gym:
1.Deadlift 15 points
2.Squat 13 points
3.Bench press 10 points
and so on.
If your blog is about traveling, you could ask 20 travel bloggers, “What is the best place where you have been in the world?”
If your blog is about losing weight, you could ask fitness bloggers or people who have lost weight, “What is the fastest way to lose weight?”
Use your imagination and make even better questions. I believe that you can make a wonderful roundup.
This is true. Making an expert roundup takes much more time than writing a normal article.
You need to send a question to experts, then send a follow-up to some of them, respond to their answers, gather their answers to one post and summarize their answers.
But everything worthwhile in life takes time. And think about the benefits.
I don’t know how many social shares you usually get by writing the normal article. But by making an expert roundup I can guarantee that you will get more traffic.
Think about the rewards: traffic, social shares, new connections with the experts, Google rankings, high-quality content and so on.
Probably you are somehow like me and you read lots of different blogs. Then you get many new ideas but forget them because you didn’t put it into practice right away. If so, let’s make the change.
Write down a plan and dates when you will
Write down the dates.
Then do it and let me know what kind of results did you get.
I hope this trick helps you to drive traffic to your blog. If you need any help or have a comment, don’t hesitate to leave them below and I will be more than happy to respond you personally.
PS.I got an idea to make a roundup from Wealthy Affiliate. Here is the article that inspired me, “A New Twist On Expert Roundup Posts – How To Get Hundreds Of Shares To Your Site“. If you don’t know what is Wealthy Affiliate, read my comprehensive review here.
If you want to earn money online you will need to generate content. LOTS OF CONTENT. If you can do it well, you will succeed. If not, you won’t.
Today I am going to give you 7 killer steps on how to become a good content writer.
Writing is a skill that anyone can learn well. No one does it perfectly when they born but some people keep on improving and practicing and that’s why they succeed.
You won’t become a writer by swimming or singing. You need to write to become a writer! The expert of every field has used 10,000 hours practicing the subject, so if you want to become one of the best writers you will need to write a lot.
I really recommend you to write every day because then writing will become your other nature and over the time you will just notice how the text just flows from your fingers. I can say that from my own and other people’s experience.
In my opinion, practicing is the most important thing but it is definitely the only thing. If someone would practice writing for 10,000 hours would he/she become automatically the expert? Of course not!
People don’t learn a skill only by doing that. If they would, I guess that there would lots of expert singers in the local karaoke bars. You need to learn the definite “techniques” in singing and the same applies in writing.
What if I would start talking to you about the chess principles in this website? You would be at least very confused.
But when I am talking about the money making tips, the people will enjoy.
Writing about the right subject is probably the most important thing to keep your readers captivated. I am so interested in “making money online” niche that sometimes I just read the long texts about the subject even though the writer wouldn’t be even the professional.
Even if there wouldn’t be any headlines, images or some other fancy stuff, you can keep your visitors interested in your website if you keep on talking about the things that he/she is interested in.
Even if you would have the killer content on your website it doesn’t help anyone (and it won’t make your revenue) if now one can find their way to your website.
The best way to get visitors to your website is to get ranked in the search engines.
You need to learn to
In order to learn SEO and to get ranked in Google, I recommend getting the proper education that will explain you step-by-step how you can be #1 in Google.
Learning SEO will save you tons of money and time as you don’t need to use so much time on the paid advertising of your content.
When you are writing the content on the Internet, you need to know that the “rules” are a bit different than what they have taught you at school.
We live in the fast tempo online world where the readers want to find the information fast and effectively.
You content needs to be user-friendly and easy to skim through quickly.
You want to use the simple language that people understand and enjoy reading without many efforts. You don’t want to put the reader in the situation when he needs to ponder what you are meaning with your content.
Did you know that you are the world champion? You are the best you (put your name) in this world!
You don’t need to copy anyone’s style. You don’t need to write like J.K.Rowling, Paulo Coelho, Ernest Hemingway or Leo Tolstoy.
People like personal texts because they are more captivating and give clear value for the people.
When you keep on writing with your personal style you are also building your authority.
Although you need to be personal, it doesn’t mean that you couldn’t learn from the others.
Learning from the other writers is extremely crucial if you want to become better.
As you keep on reading the content from the Internet you can catch new ideas anytime.
Maybe you see how someone uses captivating stories that you could use yourself. Maybe someone highlights the important points in his text in a great way. Maybe some writers simplicity impresses you.
The best writer newer stops learning.
You can also ask questions from the professional content writers and many times they are willing to help you.
Remember that learning any skill takes time. If you want to become an incredible content writer it won’t happen in two days or two weeks. Some people give up if they don’t see the results immediately.
You just need to keep on writing the articles and all the time think how to improve writing skills.
Becoming a good writer works like earning money online. As you keep on putting the effort into your online business and study the new ways to do it better, it will become better.
Celebrate the milestones that you achieve. Your milestones can be for example,
Think about the goals that you want to achieve as the content writer and as you reach the goal, give yourself something special. Little gifts for yourself will keep you motivated to push forward!
Here is the little recap of the 7 killer principles:
1.Practice, Practice, Practice.
2.Know Your Niche, know your audience.
3.Know SEO principles
4.Know your platform
6.Learn from Your “Mentors”
7.Be persistent and consistent
Write down these tips. Put them powerfully into action and start making more income with your content.
How do you practice do become a better writer? What are important things in your opinion?
Leave a comment below and I will respond you within 24 hours.
Are you running out of content ideas? Are you pondering, “How to generate ideas for content?”
Today I will give you three powerful steps which will guarantee that you will not run out of the content ideas anymore.
First, I will give you the most powerful one
“WHAT!?!?!? HOW COULD I PUBLISH DAILY AS I AM ALREADY RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS??”
Let me explain.
When you set yourself a goal to publish something daily in your website/blog, you force yourself to create something. You force yourself to learn.
You are not pushing yourself to learn if you just create content when you just “feel like it”.
When I was writing one post per week I just managed do that but sometimes I felt like running out of the ideas. Then at some point, I decided to try publishing EVERY SINGLE DAY. It was a crucial breakthrough.
Now as I am publishing content every day I feel that new ideas come automatically. I never feel like running out of ideas.
Before I felt that posting once a week was sometimes challenging but now I know that publishing every day is not too hard if you get used to it. Publishing every day will put your brain into a “mode” when it seeks ideas from the environment. That’s power!
I admit that publishing daily is quite an “extreme” but you can try it for example for one week and see how it works for you.
In a nutshell
One successful online entrepreneur was teaching about the online business and content creation. He saw how some people just study, study and study while they are never doing anything. Working, working and working it’s not good neither. You need to have a balance!
His rule of a thumb was:
Use 50% for content creation (writing, making videos, etc.) and 50% for content consumption (studying your niche)
It’s very hard to generate new ideas for content if you are not studying your subject at all.
As you begin writing something every day, it’s also important to study every day.
“But how do I have time for all that?? How can I write every day and study every day???”
That’s actually quite simple
If you have 1 hour, use 30 minutes for studying and 30 minutes for content creation.
If you have 2 hours, use 1 hour for studying and 1 hour for content creation.
When you study your subject daily you will always get new inspiration, new ideas and expand your knowledge. Little by little you will become the expert in your niche.
If you are really serious about your online business, you will use much more than 2 hours every day. If you want to succeed fast, you will use 8 hours every day. And I don’t mean using 8 hours scrolling Facebook’s or Twitter’s news feed. I mean that using 8 hours doing the real work!
Here are some tips that you can do to study your niche
This is one extremely powerful!
There may be two persons. The other one sees the opportunity and gets the idea while the other one doesn’t see anything. It’s a mindset thing. Some people are always willing to learn and they see opportunities everywhere. Some people just live this life without seeing the ideas and opportunities around them. -> Be the one who sees the ideas and puts them into action.
As you study your niche be always open for the new ideas and write them down.
Don’t only sit in front your computer watching a webinar or an article but make notes at the same time. You can use the good old pen and paper or type the ideas straight to your computer.
Then after watching or reading the teaching you have already generated some new ideas for content.
And as you have generated new ideas put them into action.
The success comes to those who work for it.
