RegenaLife Review - Quick Summary
Founder: Justin Chernalis
Type: Multi-Level Marketing Company
Price: $99 to $549
Best for: Nobody.
Summary: RegenaLife started Regeneration USA until 2008 when Justin Chernalis founded the MLM company and launched its new name. Their products comprise whole food and organic supplements. To join, you have several Fast Start package options from $99-package to $549-package.
Is RegenaLife Recommended? No. We don’t recommend RegenaLife as a good business opportunity because of its questionable compensation that could lead to questioning their legitimacy as an MLM.
What Is RegenaLife?
RegenaLife started as Regeneration USA before it was relaunched with a new brand name. Justin Chernalis founded the multi-level marketing company with Ernie Cadiz as the CEO.
Under Cadiz’s leadership, RegenaLife sought success in distributing whole food and organic supplements and other range of products across the United States.
Today, it’s one of the competitive MLM which shares target markets as Amway, which is also one of the top global companies with the same business model. Unlike Amway, RegenaLife made sure its products are affordable to its customers.

As a health and wellness multi-level marketing company, RegenaLife has a lot of variety of products that comprise the following:
- Cardiovascular support
- CBD products
- Cleanse/Detox products
- Home-related products
- Join support
- For Pets
While they distribute these varieties, RegenaLife also gives several options to purchase them. For instance, they separated promotional products, affiliate product packages, special offers, as well as free shipping packages.
As of this writing, RegenaLife offers a 10% discount off all its products until the end of March 2020. This offer is only available to customers within the United States.
At this point, you already have an idea of its inclusivity. What does that mean? There may be some benefits RegenaLife promises you upon signing up without knowing some of them aren't available for non-US affiliates.
In terms of its products, they are at affordable and reasonable prices in comparison to the same types of items found at retail stores. With that said, RegenaLife is just another Herbalife.
A business model that produces products that claim to promote the best health for distribution and generates income from its claims while making the most money from its low-level affiliates.
From an affiliate’s perspective, it’s frustrating. You will learn more about this in the next part.
Who Is RegenaLife For?
As I pointed out earlier, RegenaLife is for those individuals who are interested in promoting and selling whole food and organic supplements around your locality, for example.
The problem here is despite the affordability of their products, it doesn’t stand out from hundreds, if not, thousands of them in the market today, given that the health and wellness niche is an overly saturated niche among hundreds of thousands of multi-level marketing companies around the world.
In the United States alone, they will be competing with Herbalife which also promotes the same thing.
So, how does RegenaLife stand out from this crowd? And how does the competitive nature of an MLM affect you as a RegenaLife affiliate?
To answer these questions, let me guide you to the process where to begin your entrepreneurial life with this multi-level marketing company.
The first step will be purchasing any of the Fast Start packages which range from $99 to as expensive as $549 to start as an affiliate.
Just so you know, the worth of your package choice defines your rank and its corresponding benefits and bonuses.
In other words, if you choose the cheapest option, you won’t expect to earn the same income as those who purchased the expensive option. Do you get what I mean?
In a nutshell, these are the Fast Start Packages you need to choose to get started with RegenaLife.
- $99 Fast Start Package
- $109 Fast Start Package
- $149 Fast Start Package
- $249 Fast Start Package
- $389 Fast Start Package
- $449 Fast Start Package
- $549 Fast Start Package
Each package as its corresponding bonuses, commissions, benefits, as well as the worth of products you get to start your business.
Let me give you another example. Hereunder are the ranks to categorize RegenaLife affiliates.
- Builder – $75
- Manager – $100
- Bronze – $150
- Silver – $250
- Gold – $500
- Platinum – $1000
- Emerald – $2000
- Diamond – $3000
- Double Diamond – $4000
- Triple Diamond – $6000
- Black Diamond – $8000
The figures you see beside the rank is your Rank Achievement Bonus. At this point, are you getting my point why choosing an MLM as your business opportunity isn’t as great as you imagined?
Rank Achievement Bonus
If you take a look at the ranks again and try to equate them with the investment you have to make just to become a RegenaLife affiliate, it’s giving you clear insight into why it’s not worthy to stick with this opportunity.
Your income shouldn’t be solely defined by the amount of investment you made at the beginning of the business.
Although as a businessman, it’s quite understandable. But at least, in a way, RegenaLife tries to evenly distribute the benefits regardless of the levels.
But this is only a fairytale in most multi-level marketing companies I reviewed. It’s all about promoting, recruiting, and generating product sales.
Fast Start & Infinity Coded Bonus
In addition to the Rank Achievement Bonus, your investment also defines the Fast Start and Infinity Coded Bonus. How is this possible?
When you invest in a more expensive Fast Start package, chances are, you get more products than the least expensive package option. Therefore, when you start selling, you have more chances to earn your first 15PV to qualify for this bonus.
The point is, RegenaLife compensates its affiliates who immediately made their first product sales as soon as they signed up as one of its affiliates. Let me clear this point, though.
The customer you invited should purchase any of the starter packages before you receive this bonus. Otherwise, you won’t get anything, especially if this bonus isn’t applicable within the next payment cycles.

Typically, most multi-level marketing companies require their affiliates to make a sale around one week to two weeks after their application. This is another indication of something suspicious in this company.
This is based on the product sales generated from your retail customers.
MLM Commission Qualification
You must generate at least 50PV before you can be eligible to receive this bonus in your account.
The residual commissions you get from RegenaLife are based on the computation resulted from a unilevel compensation structure.
You can take advantage of up to 7 levels to enjoy shares from RegenaLife capped payable commissions.
- Level 1 - 20%
- Level 2 and 3 - 10%
- Level 4 and 5 - 5%
- Level 6 - 4%
- Level 7 - 3%
Check Match Bonus
This reminds me of the common word used in multi-level marketing terms. RegenaLife pays out this bonus which can also be called a generational match bonus.
It is a bonus given to affiliates who managed to invite at least 5 people and purchased at least 15 PV worth of RegenaLife products in the cycle (past month). At the same time, you should generate at least 1,500GV across level 1 affiliates.
Overall, we have indicated some of the red flags you should watch out for based on RegenaLife’s compensation plan.
Therefore, as we go towards the end of the post, you will know if this multi-level marketing company suits your business or not.
Pros & Cons of RegenaLife
In this section, we’re going to dig into RegenaLife deeper than what we have discussed earlier. For example, we’re going to check if they have any positive reviews or negative feedback from their customers.
So, here are the pros and cons of this multi-level marketing company to serve as your reference upon deciding whether this suits your business plans or not.
1. Diverse Products
As a health and wellness MLM, RegenaLife has a massive number of products for its affiliates to promote and sell. Unlike shady multi-level marketing companies like Global Dream Network, you have real items.
In that way, you’re not relying heavily on the recruitment process, although you must grow your income as a RegenaLife affiliate.
2. Diverse Compensation Plan
Despite the red flag about some parts of its compensation, RegenaLife offers a diverse compensation plan for its affiliates.
However, as I said, the bonuses and the majority of its benefits go to the top-level affiliates, who invested large amounts of money upon signing up.
3. Lots of Positive Reviews
On RegenaLife’s Facebook page, several people seemed to have a good experience with RegenaLife products and gave 5 out of 5-star ratings.
Amy Atkins said that she recommends RegenaLife because she can enjoy the products with a lot of discounts, allowing her to save more money. After all, it’s so concentrated that she could manipulate the amount of the product to use for her daily routine.
As an affiliate, Charles Holes wrote that RegenaLife doesn't pressure its affiliates. They handle every concern without drama. He also pointed out the effectiveness of its products, giving him more confidence to sell more because of its killer compensation plan.
1. Pay To Play Scheme
One of the obvious indicators of a shady multi-level marketing company is when they encourage its affiliates to spend more to earn more. It’s a hint of a Pay to Play system, which isn’t a good sign.
If you review the compensation plan, particularly its Fast Start Packages and its Rank Achievement Bonus, you see how RegenaLife pays out its affiliates.
2. No BBB Profile
Another indicator you need to keep in mind when searching for MLMs as a business opportunity is its BBB profile. What’s BBB?
BBB stands for Better Business Bureau, which is a non-government reputable company review resource. Although it’s not supported by the government, it remains the top website to review companies, especially MLMs.
If they don’t have any BBB profile, be wary. Why? It’s because most of the companies without BBB profiles are scams.
This is why we put more emphasis on having at least a profile to determine whether it’s an accredited company or know its customer’s complaints.
That said, we could also realize how top-notch RegenaLife can serve its customers, as well as its affiliates. And having no profile drives a lot of suspicions.
3. No Accreditation Status
Concerning my previous point, RegenaLife can’t prove its accreditation status because of the absence of its BBB profile. They don’t have anything to prove they exist or safe for their customers and their investments.
4. Competitive Niche
There’s Herbalife, Amway, Rain International, and several others in the same niche as RegenaLife. Out of hundreds of thousands of existing multi-level marketing companies, the majority of them belong to the health and wellness niche.
Given the scenario, it would be difficult to compete with the market, which is the case for most members. As a beginner affiliate, it would be extra-challenging for you to sell and earn 15PV to qualify for a Fast Start Bonus.
The overly saturated market could lead you to low sales. This is why most MLM members lose more money than earning profits or at least its returns.
Is RegenaLife a Scam?
Based on the information gathered in this post, RegenaLife's legitimacy is questionable. The majority of the reviews refer to having no BBB profile to strengthen the judgment and doubt its legitimacy.
We can’t blame them, though. As I said, most of the shady companies don’t have any BBB profile nor anything to prove they exist. Some companies employ sketchy tactics that put more emphasis on recruitment than product sales.
These become grounds for questioning RenegaLife because of the non-existent basis of a resource that plays a crucial role in determining whether it’s a scam or not.
As far as the feedback from its customers, on the contrary, most of them recommended the company’s compensation and its products.
If you take a look at the reviews below, most of them approved RegenaLife as a business opportunity.
To answer the question of whether RegenaLife is a scam or not, it is, given the red flags you should watch out for.
Conclusion - Is RegenaLife Worth It?
Even if RenegaLife is not a legitimate multi-level marketing company, it’s still not a good business idea.
Firstly, it follows a pay to play scheme in which its affiliates are pushed to the edge to pay for the expensive Fast Start Package believing they could earn more.
Secondly, the compensation plan favors top-levels, which is commonly practiced among MLMs.
However, in RegenaLife’s case, its rank achievement bonus draws a clear line between the low-ranked affiliates and the high-ranked affiliates based on the investment alone.
If you think about it, this could lead to forcing the low-ranked affiliates to sell more RegenaLife products and earn its first product sale worth 15PV to qualify another bonus as promised.
Given the fewer number of products in cheaper starter packages, this pushes them to do personal packages from their own pockets to compete with those who bought expensive starter packages.
Do you get the overall picture?
It’s an unhealthy business model. And is this the business you like to do? It’s not a good sign and several red flags are determined when we go along the post. Have you noticed them?
