What Is RegenaLife?
RegenaLife started as Regeneration USA before it was relaunched with a new brand name. Justin Chernalis founded the multi-level marketing company with Ernie Cadiz as the CEO.
Under Cadiz’s leadership, RegenaLife sought success in distributing whole food and organic supplements and other range of products across the United States.
Today, it’s one of the competitive MLM which shares target markets as Amway, which is also one of the top global companies with the same business model. Unlike Amway, RegenaLife made sure its products are affordable to its customers.
As a health and wellness multi-level marketing company, RegenaLife has a lot of variety of products that comprise the following:
- Cardiovascular support
- CBD products
- Cleanse/Detox products
- Energy/Focus
- Home-related products
- Immunity/Minerals
- Join support
- For Pets
- Skin/Hair
- Snacks
- Weight/Fitness
While they distribute these varieties, RegenaLife also gives several options to purchase them. For instance, they separated promotional products, affiliate product packages, special offers, as well as free shipping packages.

The problem here is despite the affordability of their products, it doesn’t stand out from hundreds, if not, thousands of them in the market today, given that the health and wellness niche is an overly saturated niche among hundreds of thousands of multi-level marketing companies around the world.
In the United States alone, they will be competing with Herbalife which also promotes the same thing.

When you invest in a more expensive Fast Start package, chances are, you get more products than the least expensive package option. Therefore, when you start selling, you have more chances to earn your first 15PV to qualify for this bonus.
The point is, RegenaLife compensates its affiliates who immediately made their first product sales as soon as they signed up as one of its affiliates. Let me clear this point, though.
The customer you invited should purchase any of the starter packages before you receive this bonus. Otherwise, you won’t get anything, especially if this bonus isn’t applicable within the next payment cycles.
Typically, most multi-level marketing companies require their affiliates to make a sale around one week to two weeks after their application. This is another indication of something suspicious in this company.
Retail Commissions
This is based on the product sales generated from your retail customers.
MLM Commission Qualification
You must generate at least 50PV before you can be eligible to receive this bonus in your account.
Residual Commissions
The residual commissions you get from RegenaLife are based on the computation resulted from a unilevel compensation structure.

1. Diverse Products
As a health and wellness MLM, RegenaLife has a massive number of products for its affiliates to promote and sell. Unlike shady multi-level marketing companies like Global Dream Network, you have real items.

As an affiliate, Charles Holes wrote that RegenaLife doesn’t pressure its affiliates. They handle every concern without drama. He also pointed out the effectiveness of its products, giving him more confidence to sell more because of its killer compensation plan.

1. Pay To Play Scheme
One of the obvious indicators of a shady multi-level marketing company is when they encourage its affiliates to spend more to earn more. It’s a hint of a Pay to Play system, which isn’t a good sign.
If you review the compensation plan, particularly its Fast Start Packages and its Rank Achievement Bonus, you see how RegenaLife pays out its affiliates.
2. No BBB Profile
Another indicator you need to keep in mind when searching for MLMs as a business opportunity is its BBB profile. What’s BBB?
BBB stands for Better Business Bureau, which is a non-government reputable company review resource. Although it’s not supported by the government, it remains the top website to review companies, especially MLMs.
If they don’t have any BBB profile, be wary. Why? It’s because most of the companies without BBB profiles are scams.
This is why we put more emphasis on having at least a profile to determine whether it’s an accredited company or know its customer’s complaints.
That said, we could also realize how top-notch RegenaLife can serve its customers, as well as its affiliates. And having no profile drives a lot of suspicions.
3. No Accreditation Status
Concerning my previous point, RegenaLife can’t prove its accreditation status because of the absence of its BBB profile. They don’t have anything to prove they exist or safe for their customers and their investments.
4. Competitive Niche
There’s Herbalife, Amway, Rain International, and several others in the same niche as RegenaLife. Out of hundreds of thousands of existing multi-level marketing companies, the majority of them belong to the health and wellness niche.
Given the scenario, it would be difficult to compete with the market, which is the case for most members. As a beginner affiliate, it would be extra-challenging for you to sell and earn 15PV to qualify for a Fast Start Bonus.
The overly saturated market could lead you to low sales. This is why most MLM members lose more money than earning profits or at least its returns.
Is RegenaLife a Scam?
Based on the information gathered in this post, RegenaLife’s legitimacy is questionable. The majority of the reviews refer to having no BBB profile to strengthen the judgment and doubt its legitimacy.
We can’t blame them, though. As I said, most of the shady companies don’t have any BBB profile nor anything to prove they exist. Some companies employ sketchy tactics that put more emphasis on recruitment than product sales.
These become grounds for questioning RenegaLife because of the non-existent basis of a resource that plays a crucial role in determining whether it’s a scam or not.
As far as the feedback from its customers, on the contrary, most of them recommended the company’s compensation and its products.
If you take a look at the reviews below, most of them approved RegenaLife as a business opportunity.
To answer the question of whether RegenaLife is a scam or not, it is, given the red flags you should watch out for.

Conclusion – Is RegenaLife Worth It?
Even if RenegaLife is not a legitimate multi-level marketing company, it’s still not a good business idea.
Firstly, it follows a pay to play scheme in which its affiliates are pushed to the edge to pay for the expensive Fast Start Package believing they could earn more.
Secondly, the compensation plan favors top-levels, which is commonly practiced among MLMs.
However, in RegenaLife’s case, its rank achievement bonus draws a clear line between the low-ranked affiliates and the high-ranked affiliates based on the investment alone.
If you think about it, this could lead to forcing the low-ranked affiliates to sell more RegenaLife products and earn its first product sale worth 15PV to qualify another bonus as promised.
Given the fewer number of products in cheaper starter packages, this pushes them to do personal packages from their own pockets to compete with those who bought expensive starter packages.
