Summary: Founded in 1989, Lee Causey and Nigel Branson developed the first protein shake in history. With that being said, First Fitness Nutrition is the first MLM to develop this product, helping people to have a nutritional replacement for their meals.

What Is First Fitness Nutrition?
Dedicated to changing people’s lives, First Fitness Nutrition provides products that cater to all-natural weight loss and wellness for its stakeholders.
They distribute products that comprise CBD-Rich Hemp Oil, weight loss, health & wellness, herbal cleansing, sports nutrition, and skin and body care.
As far as the prices for each product goes, the range goes between $30 to as high as $1,200 depending on the product itself. For instance, they sell each CBD-Rich Hemp Oil, which is good up to 30 servings, costs $99.95.
If you like to have 12 bottles, which is equivalent to 1 case, that will cost you $1,199. Oftentimes, you offer bulk orders to save money. In their case, you don’t.
I calculated if I purchase 12 bottles of CBD-Rich Hemp Oil piece by piece, it will cost me the same amount as the bulk orders do. There is only $0.40 difference from buying retail price and the wholesale price.

First Fitness Nutrition promotes health and wellness to its customers through providing products to achieve it. The ones on the photo are some of their best-sellers.
Health and wellness category includes 11 products, namely:

- First Essentials (Multivitamin for Women, 90 caplets) – $36.95
- First Essentials (Multivitamin for Men, 90 caplets) – $36.95
- 8Rx (Optimal Wellness Protection, 60 capsules) – $41.95
- Vital Green (Green Superfood, 180 capsules) – $45.95
- Biomega (Whole Leaf Aloe Vera, 21 servings) – $43.95
- Zavita (Whole Body Wellness, 1 bottle for 25 servings) – $46.95
- Zavita (one case, 3 bottles) – $140.85
- LifeGest (Digestive Enzymes, 90 tablets) – $23.95
- Cardio 1st (Heart Smart, 180 caplets) – $39.95
- RejuvaCel (Maximum Join Protection, 60 caplets) – $37.95
They also have products for Herbal Cleansing like Reneu, LipoMax, Fit to a Tea!, and Body Renewal, which costs roughly $40 to $72.
Just so you know, Reneu and LipoMax contain 100 capsules and 60 capsules respectively. Fit to a Tea! has 30 bags and Body Renewal is good for 10 days.
First Fitness Nutrition provides sports nutrition to its stakeholders.
First Fitness Nutrition offers Sports Nutrition namely: SPN Energy Drink and SPN Rehydration Drink which costs $26.95 and $19.95 respectively.
As for the Skin Care, they have cleansing lotion, cleansing cream, and gentle exfoliator, which are good for all skin types including the normal and dry skin. Each of them costs around $26 for an 8-ounce and 4-ounces (for cleansing cream and gentle exfoliator).
In general, First Fitness Nutrition has a lot of products to offer to their stakeholders. So, as a member, you have a lot to sell and promote for your customers.
CBD Hemp oil is one of the products First Fitness Nutrition promotes for health and wellness of its customers.
Who Is First Fitness Nutrition For?
As far as the company products and its history are concerned, First Fitness Nutrition has a lot to offer. Its variety appeals to its customers who also serve as potential downlines (as soon as they sign-up for the membership application).
If you plan to join the multi-level marketing company today, here’s what you have to know. First Fitness Nutrition has 5 compensation payouts which you can take advantage of.
You can earn immediate income which is a 40% profit for retailing products and 30% profit if your customers opt to join their Ultimate Body Challenge.
Aside from that, you have weekly bonuses worth $150 bonus for every person you enroll or upgrade a distributor with an Enrollment Pak.
If you’re going to ask me what is inside an Enrollment Pak, it comprises 3 different upgrade packs with a corresponding bonus payable to your account, again, once you enroll someone under you (your downline) and/or upgrade distributors.
This MLM has 3 different kits in which members choose upon application. The option corresponds to the amount of bonus they receive every single month.
These are the upgrade packs you need to have to qualify for the bonus.
- Xano Pak (worth $99) – $30 bonus
- Business Pak (worth $249) – $60 bonus
- Supervisor Pak (worth $749) – $150 bonus
In addition to the weekly bonuses, you have a monthly residual income bonus. This refers to the monthly wholesale commissions as well as the royalty bonuses on your team’s generated sales.
Based on their compensation plan, you have at least $100 PV (Personal Value) on autoship regardless of the ranks Bronze to Crown levels.

Lastly, just as any MLM out there, giving away a Mercedes Benz car is the norm. Especially for a big company like this one. For this bonus option, you can earn $600, $800, or $1,200 bonus.
The company also pays out $300 Cash Bonus option as one way to compensate your efforts for doing the hard work for the sake of your team, team sales, and personal sales.
Overall, you can see different bonuses you can earn which commences from Fast Start bonus until you reach higher ranks and qualified to get a car bonus and other nice payouts later on.
Pros & Cons of First Fitness Nutrition
At this point, First Fitness Nutrition has made a lot of appealing facts when it comes to their products and their compensation plan. But did we miss something?
Here are the pros and cons to help us go deeper into the company and its potential opportunity for business.
1. High Rating on BBB
The company has been existing as a network marketing company since the late 1980s. Given the background, many people seem to acknowledge that, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Just so you know, the BBB is a reputable company review source. It is one of the most trusted sites to refer to when it comes to determining the legitimacy of an MLM just like First Fitness Nutrition.
In their case, it appears they have satisfied them with their standards, leading to earning an A+ rating.
Better Business Bureau gives this MLM a high-rating despite its inability to provide apt info for its accreditation status.
2. Diverse Compensation Plan
Apart from the ones I mentioned earlier, if we take a look at the detailed compensation plan, you are also entitled to earn a 20% to 40% discount depending on your Profit level.
These profit levels include the Associate, Senior Associate, Supervisor, and Director. The lowest level receives 20% of Personal Discount, 25& for the Senior Associate, 30% for the Supervisor, and 40% for the Director level. The same percentage goes for the Retail Profit.
As for the UBC or the Ultimate Body Challenge, the Associate receives 10%, 15% for the Senior Associate, 20% for the Supervisor, and 30% for the Director.
These are the Profit Levels given to mostly members such as the Associate to Director.
Other bonuses like the Career and Matching Career Bonuses are great if you are already in the Silver level and beyond (Gold, Presidential, Diamond, and Crown).
Aside from the Residual Income bonus, First Fitness Nutrition also provides Matching Career Bonuses, again, depending on your level which defines the corresponding amount you will receive during the payout.
3. No Monthly Personal Purchases Needed
The First Fitness Nutrition does it differently when it comes to welcoming new members in comparison to other MLM companies I reviewed. They don’t require minimum purchases to be qualified for the bonuses.
All you have to do is to pay $39 for the distributor kit and that’s it. You don’t have to spend more money from your pockets for minimum monthly purchases just as other MLM companies require for its members as Annique does.
4. Cheap Startup Costs
Unlike Premier Designs Jewelry that requires its members to spend around $400 or more before they could get access to the benefits of the company, First Fitness Nutrition only requires at least $39 to earn the Distributor’s Kit.
You may opt to choose other expensive kits, however. It doesn’t necessarily force you to spend more for the sake of the bonuses.
Yes, for sure, it does. But it doesn’t have that effect that much to the point of losing a lot of potentially profitable business because of it.
1. Not A BBB-Accredited Company
Although the Better Business Bureau (BBB) issued a high-rating for First Fitness Nutrition, they failed to give them an accreditation status. What does this mean?
The BBB accreditation defines the company’s ability to meet the standards through being committed “to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.”
Since the First Fitness Nutrition failed to get this status, it means they also failed in providing apt information to prove their commitment to providing optimal service to their customers, including their complaints.
Their ability to assist with any issue matters from BBB’s perspective. In this MLM’s case, it’s an assumption that this company may not be able to meet this need, which plays a crucial role in their business, especially as a network marketing company.
2. Need To Rank Higher To Receive More Bonuses
This is nothing surprising for any multi-level marketing companies because every company I reviewed requires its members to generate more personal and team sales to push you to the higher ranks.
What this means is even if First Fitness Nutrition doesn’t enforce you to generate more sales on your part.
But the attractive benefits are mostly available for those who have higher ranks. This pushes you to do the same.
Once you reach the Director rank, you will receive a lot of bonuses as you can see in the chart, which aren’t payable to lower ranks.
3. $100 Monthly Required (At Least)
Perhaps $100 as Personal Sales Value doesn’t appear that much for you but for some people, it is. If you take a closer look at their compensation plan, First Fitness Nutrition requires at least $100 PV for that and $150 for Wholesale Commissions.
No ranks are exempted from this rule because this appears imposed on all levels.
All members are required $100 monthly PV to keep your account active.
Is First Fitness Nutrition a Scam?
Based on the information gathered for this post, it is clear that First Fitness Nutrition is not a scam but a legitimate multi-level marketing company.
They have a BBB profile which is already a good proof to say that this company exists. Many MLMs out there don’t have this profile at all. Let’s take Annique as an example.
Annique has been an MLM since it was established in 1971 but they still have no records on the above-mentioned reputable review site. From a customer’s perspective, it gives them doubts if they would invest in the company or not.
If a network marketing company has one, it makes them attractive at least. According to the Better Business Bureau, they exist to assist the customers in terms of providing an unbiased review of the company.
It is done by judging whether they deserve to remain in business or not based on customer reviews and their complaints. First Fitness Nutrition may have high-ratings for their services but they remained unaccredited.
Nonetheless, this multi-level marketing company is legitimate so there is nothing for you to worry about.
It’s up to you to join them as one of their members or not. It’s up to you whether you are willing to spend money on their products and bonuses or not.
It is your decision.

But as a long-term plan, First Fitness Nutrition isn’t a good idea. It could be a good opportunity for you to learn the basics of business, especially in marketing someone else’s products and enjoy the benefits of earning bonuses.
