In summary, there are 39 complaints closed within the last 3 years since they operated and there were 25 complaints closed in 12 months.
When I dug into the long list of complaints, most of them tackle various concerns, such as the product and service, the billing, and the advertising or sales issues.
When it comes to the product or service, the general complaint revolves around the inconsistency of the device performance, which sadly doesn’t satisfy the marketing needs they promise during the membership.
A reviewer wrote it’s a hassle to cancel the Asirvia plan because nobody answers the concerns.
The worst thing is they keep charging their accounts although they already stopped using their services.
Some of them have their accounts blocked, yet Asirvia continues to charge them albeit the series of contact with their customer support.
