What Is Daymond John Success Formula?

Established in 2016, Daymond John is an American businessman and program creator who developed the program “Success Formula.”

It’s derived from his personal experiences and his path towards his riches, especially when he built FUBU, a hip hop apparel company he co-owned.

According to his official Facebook page, the program itself contains John’s insights about how he managed to achieve the top as well as the desire to teach people how to obtain freedom from paycheck-to-paycheck and boost income to create a legacy for the family.

How Does Daymond John Success Formula Work?

Success roots from the personal drive to overcome struggles, including financial, personal, and emotional and the ability to keep it through the course of time. This is where the concept of Success Formula comes into the picture.

Daymond John learned about the value of making money and money per se from there, which were then derived into his wealth. Especially when he became one of the richest Sharks on Shark Tank with $250 million net worth as of 2016 and founded his own company, The Shark Group.

Daymond John promotes his Success Formula through live trainings. Ironically, he's not present during those events, turning off most participants who paid a lot of money for those.

Basically, it’s all about how to become a successful person by building your own businesses, investing in real estate, improving your skills (your high-income skills), among others.

The key in John’s strategy is that you have to vary your strategies to make money and attract wealth from what you have.

From there, I’m kind of reminded to Warren Buffett’s financial tip wherein he said don’t depend on one source of income but rather on several income streams. John’s tactics are similar in that standpoint.

How to Make Money with Daymond John Success Formula?

Like Robert Kiyosaki, Dave Ramsey, among other financial gurus, they don’t build a program like a network marketing company intended to provide direct income to its target market.

Instead, they mentor and share their tips on how to make money and thrive by growing their investments for their fortune.

As for Daymond John Success Formula, it has the same pattern as Grant Cardone wherein it teaches you varied streams where you can possibly make an income.

Be it on real estate, investing in a potential business proposal, creating programs and courses for people to pay and learn, etc.

There’s no affiliate program directed to this, unlike David Sharpe’s Legendary Marketer. If you want to learn how it’s possible to make more or less $2,000 with the program, you can go through Roope’s step-by-step training.

Daymond John Success Formula [UGLY] Truths Revealed!

1. Absence On Conferences

Having no real Daymond John on stage during his live conferences is a popular note. I’ve read it on a lot of blogs wherein those bloggers who attended the event themselves found out that he only sends out representatives and/or recorded video of himself instead of his personal attendance.

That’s a big turn off in comparison to Tony Robbin’s live events wherein people see him on stage. That’s what they’re paying for anyway.

2. Expensive Program For Just The Same Thing

It’s best if you invest in buying books written by other finance experts for a few dollars than spending more than $1,000 on a program that has the same content.

There’s nothing special on his formula except his own story to tell. Besides, he doesn’t attend his events personally. So, what’s the use of spending a lot of money?

“I think that if you're planning to do on Amazon, there are cheaper courses on YouTube," another user mentioned supporting the claim.

3. Forces The Use Of Credit Cards

I hovered through the comments section of the review videos of the bloggers and noticed they wrote about the forced usage of credit cards for the sake of buying the program.

"I can't believe that I wanted to pull out my credit card also but I'm really happy that I did a bit more research and found out what the real truth to that 3-day hype is," a commenter wrote.

4. Free Stuff Aren't Free

Daymond John invites people to his programs by luring them to his free stuff. Though some of his live events worth hundreds of dollars, there are many people, who attend to these thinking they’d learn something as expected from events as Tony Robbins does.

Only to find that Daymond John is absent, giving away vague information of success formula, and urge to spend thousand more to get access to what he calls the “real” thing.”

5. Fallacies On Exact Success Formula

There’s no such thing as the exact success formula. It’s an outcome of the successive trial and error processes over the years.

It’s a positive consequence of your drive to overcome the financial struggles by non-stop hustling and experimentation.

Having that said, I’m reminded of Dan Lok’s Wealth Triangle wherein he discusses the relationship of your high-income skills, the source of income, and the fortune itself.

According to him, there’s no exact formula to succeed, only tenacity, hard-work, patience, and endless drive to make things work.

6. Not BBB-Accredited Business

According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) records, they didn’t grant Success Formula, LLC - Daymond John’s company behind the Success Formula - its accreditation status. That goes along with its C+ BBB rating which is really low for a big company as his.

7. 121 Complaints In 3 Years

That’s a lot of complaints filed against the company within a short span of time. The company itself is relatively new. Hence, receiving that much dissatisfaction from their target market says something clear.

They don’t provide good service as much as they promise on their official website. The success formula obviously teaches people to succeed on a business perspective. The fact BBB showed that much complains means they failed to adhere to their promises.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) record summary shows Success Formula, LLC no accreditation status and low-rating. That proves they failed to satisfy many people to its program.

Daymond John Success Formula Reviews - What Others Say?

As you see, I didn’t indicate the positive notes about the program. From the rest of the self-development and finance education programs and courses I reviewed, so far, I only disregarded Daymond John Success Formula. Why?

There’s nothing from his training that sets apart from the rest of the finance gurus at a cheaper price.

If it’s a lot more expensive as Grant Cardone University, which is worth almost $20,000 in total, you could get a lot of courses.

It’s a comprehensive step-by-step process with hundreds of interactive videos of Grant Cardone teaching how exactly to get there, to his spot.

However, Daymond John failed in this section. He didn’t disclose the exact steps he did to obtain financial independence as he has now. Nor he stipulated the step-by-step process of how to succeed in life as what people expect from Success Formula.

"At the 3-Day Workshop, you'll be offered to purchase a mentor session which comes with other perks for $25,000," Hal Zaima, a YouTube user, revealed on the comment section. That’s 5X more expensive than the average offers Dan Lok asks from most of his clients.

Another concern involves John’s false claims that by following his mentorship, you could guarantee success.

At the back of someone’s mind, a business enthusiast, for example, it’s obvious that it’s a repetitive trial and error. That’s what Bill Paulk, a commenter, said.

"There is no secret formula to being an entrepreneur. It's all about trial and error. Do your research on your niche. Even if you have done it many years, there is always something you didn't know," he wrote after sharing he's victimized from Daymond John Success Formula scam.

Is Daymond John Success Formula A Scam?

Based on the facts and real-life experiences I gathered from people, who shared their thoughts about this program, I could say this is a subtle form of a scam. Daymond John Success Formula doesn’t directly enforce its real intention to collect money from the naive.

Rather, they do implement a sales funnel to lure you to spend $25,000 worth of mentoring, which you aren’t sure if he personally mentors you or if he sends a representative (again) as he does with most of his live events.

Here’s the system.

You spend more or less $200 for his live events. >> You failed to see John personally. Albeit the disappointment, they invite you to invest for more or less $2,000 product package to guarantee your success (which isn’t). >> You receive more offers leading to the $25,000-worth of mentoring.

This is how the whole picture looks like. So, if you are planning to invest in a program like this, face the consequence. If I were you, invest on something legit to receive real income in your account. Not from false promises.

Everything isn’t certain. You have to take risks.

But not the way as John wants you to do. Every move you make is brought by research. You know why you’re doing this and you’re aware of the outcomes once you implement Plan A to Plan Z.
