The former is referred to as customer choice. In the company’s perspective, once you place an order in any of their products, you become one of their Distributors.

SeneGence Review – What Others Say?
When I dug into their reviews, there are opposing thoughts both positive and negative. Albeit the controversy the company faced, specifically with their LipSense, I didn’t expect people to like the product at all as the article wrote that stirred everyone’s view on SeneGence products.
Better Business Bureau (BBB) records82 complaints within a short span of 3 years and closed most of them. But the reviews splurged with disappointments with how their products an epic fail except LipSense.
